The first step in fulfilling this mission is our transformative financial aid application, which launched in 2022 and has already grown to over 1000 private K-12 schools and 100,000 family users. Building on this momentum, we are uniquely positioned to solve a variety of problems for both schools and families with the launch of Clarity’s Contracts & Billing in early 2025, and our fourth product, which will launch later in 2025.
Job Description
We are a rapidly expanding company, and as we continue to experience high growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in scaling our marketing efforts. If you have a knack for keeping things organized, keeping a team informed and aligned, a passion for marketing, and experience with sales CRMs like HubSpot, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Logistics Organizer
Keep track of all marketing and sales activities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks and everything is completed in a timely manner. Activities include planning and executing events, running email campaigns, and managing our social media.
Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on project status, ensuring everyone is informed and confident that deadlines will be met.
Experienced Marketer
Understand and contribute to the daily flow of marketing work and needs, providing support to the marketing team as required and sales team as needed.
Provide insights and suggestions to improve marketing initiatives and campaigns, working closely with the team to achieve marketing objectives.
Marketing Database Resource
Support the sales and marketing team in effectively using HubSpot (our CRM), including training team members on new features and functionalities.
Build and update HubSpot dashboard reports to provide clear and actionable insights for the sales and marketing teams.
Maintain the integrity of the marketing database, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and effectively utilized for marketing and sales activities.
Requirements
Proven experience in a marketing support role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
Familiarity with sales CRMs, particularly HubSpot, and the ability to train others on its use.
Enjoys the creative aspects of marketing, with a passion for developing engaging content and contributing to innovative marketing strategies.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
Knowledge of private K12 schools or the education sector is a plus, but not required.
Some travel required, to help run large conference events, or attend team retreats.
This is a fully remote position reporting to the Director of Marketing.
