The following duties are customary for this position but are not to be construed as all-inclusive. Duties may be added, deleted, and assigned based on management discretion and institution needs. Supports the department’s mission to develop marketing and recruitment resources to increase prospective student inquiries and ultimately matriculation. Assists with development, maintenance, and implementation of the institution’s comprehensive communication and marketing plans including managing project timelines for maximum effectiveness. Creates and maintains dynamic email templates using HTML, CSS, and liquid markup. Serves as the primary website manager for the Undergraduate Office of Admissions. Creates and publishes content and monitors prospective student engagement across multiple social media accounts and platforms. Records data including reach, spend, and outcomes of all projects to monitor effectiveness of marketing efforts. Develops and implements digital marketing campaigns that incorporate SEO, social media platform features, digital advertising strategies, and video campaigns. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, professional writing, or a related field. Minimum of one year of experience in a professional team environment (i.e. giving and receiving feedback, working together to accomplish goals, and project collaboration.)
