LurTico Consulting Group is currently recruiting motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representatives for our growing social media marketing department.

We are searching for persons who are self-motivated and have a strong drive and determination.

You choose to work full-time or part-time.

The position involves delivering premium digital marketing services to local businesses in the Kirkland-Seattle areas of Washington.

If you have that strong drive and determination then this job is for you.
Prospective salespeople will meet with potential clients, get an understanding of their digital needs, and provide the best solution to enhance their web presence and increase local traffic to their websites and store/business.

Previous sales experience in a similar role preferable.
Familiar with Digital Marketing is a distinct advantage.
Ongoing training and coaching will be provided.
Successful candidates will be compensated with a rewarding earning base structure.

Job Description

Area Sales Representatives will be responsible for following a defined Sales Process, generating leads and moving these leads through the sales funnel. The selected candidates will represent the company to the highest standards. Any prospective sales representative should have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at generating leads, cold calling, building relationships, and closing deals.

The ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Our sales representatives will often be tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, therefore; it is essential that potential sales representatives be personable and professional.

Objectives of the Role:

Achieve and exceed quotas
Generate leads and nurture prospects
Organize daily schedule to move leads/prospects through the sales process funnel
Log and keep the CRM up to date with all sales activity.
Follow a defined Sales Process and use the specialty tools, templates, and provided presentations.

Job Type: Commission/ Most of our package commissions payout $1,000.00 a sale. Our single service payout $500.00 a sale.

Salary: $150,000 /Year

Cold Calling: 1 year (Preferred)
sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
